🎟 Tickets, refunds & rescheduling
- Refund or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session — call or text your location and we'll take care of it.
- Gift certificates never expire — old-site certificates included. Redeem online (tap "Have a gift card or promo code?" in the booking window) or at the front desk. Buy new ones or check a balance at bamkazam.com/gift-certificates.
- Within 24 hours of your session, we cannot provide refunds or reschedules — but your tickets can still be transferred to friends.
- Running late? Come straight to the front desk — we'll do our best to fit your crew in, but sessions end at their scheduled time.
- If we cancel your session (weather, maintenance, force majeure), you get a full refund or a rebooking — your choice.
- The exact policy in force is also shown above the checkout button and on your Stripe receipt at the time of purchase.
🚪 Entry, ages & safety
- One ticket admits one player for one timed session — every open game room, unlimited replays during the session.
- Walk-ins are welcome as capacity allows; booked sessions are guaranteed.
- Scottsdale: we recommend players be 10 or older (or at least 54" tall); squads with players under 14 need a fully participating adult; minors are accompanied for their whole visit.
- American Dream: under 14 plays with an adult in their squad; 14+ may play on their own. Current rules are confirmed in the booking flow.
- Closed-toe sneakers and clothes you can move in. Staff may pause play for safety; players who ignore safety rules can be asked to leave without refund.
- Physical games carry the normal bumps-and-bruises risk of active play — play within your limits.
🎂 Groups, parties & gift bookings

- Book up to 18 players online. For bigger crews, birthdays, or private events, call/text your location for group rates.
- Booking for friends is welcome. Contact the location before the session for any name or group-size changes.
🔒 Privacy
- What we collect at booking: your email and phone number (to send tickets and reach you about your session), plus your chosen date, time, and party size.
- If you sign a waiver: we keep your name, contact info, any minors you sign for, and a signature record — the time you signed and the device you signed on — so we can show the waiver was signed and match it to your visit. We hold it for about a year (your waiver's good for that long), then it ages out.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's servers — your card number never touches ours. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- What we don't do: sell your booking data. Your name, email, and order history are ours to run the business with — never a product.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used and where checkout breaks, so we can fix it.
- Advertising: we advertise on platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, and their pixels tell us when an ad actually led to a booking. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically turn ad tracking off for your visit — no banner-clicking required.
- Emails: you'll get your ticket email and anything essential about your booking. Marketing email only if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
- Text messages (SMS): opt in at checkout and we'll text your booking confirmation, digital waiver link, and an appointment reminder — typically 2–4 messages per booking, only about your visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out instantly, or HELP for help. Promotional texts are a separate opt-in and never mixed in with booking texts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

📜 The fine print
- Bam Kazam may refuse entry or end a session (with refund, unless rules were broken) to keep the building safe and fun for everyone.
- Game lineup and room count vary by location and day — the occasional room rests for maintenance.
- Photos/video: we sometimes shoot in-venue marketing content; signage is posted on shoot days and you can opt out at the front desk.
