Before you ask

Do I book one room, like an escape room?

No. One ticket unlocks the whole arcade for your session, and you choose which available doors to play.

How long is a session, and what does it cost?

Sessions run up to two hours, and tickets are $39 per player plus tax with a 3-player minimum per booking. Every bookable entry time is right on the calendar above.

Have a gift certificate or promo code?

Gift certificates from our old site are still good and never expire. Book online and tap “Have a gift card or promo code?” in the booking window — or show your code at the front desk. New digital gift cards are at bamkazam.com/gift-certificates.

Do I need to be athletic?

No. There are mental, physical, and skill rooms, so your crew can choose the challenges that fit. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you can move in.

Can kids and groups play?

Families and groups are welcome. Younger players should be accompanied by a participating adult; call or text the venue for current age and large-group guidance.
