HOW MANY PLAYERS DO WE NEED?
You will need at least 3 people to play the games. Our adventures were designed as a group activity, so it is not possible to play with 2 people.
At this time, we do not offer any program that would match groups of less than 3 with other players.
IS BAM KAZAM A GOOD PLACE TO BRING A DATE?
Bam Kazam is a great place to bring a date! As mentioned above, our games require at least 3 players, so you’ll need to round up another couple or some friends first. Once you’ve got your group together, reserve your time, and get ready for a fun and laughter-filled adventure.

HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN I BRING?
The more the merrier! You will need a MINIMUM group of 3 people to play. Games are played in groups of 3-6, but if you have 7 or more people, no problem! You can split into smaller groups and switch players at any time once in the gaming area. Don’t forget to book your tickets ahead of time to avoid the wait.
WHAT IS THE COST?
Unlimited admission for up to 2 hours is $36 per person, plus taxes and fees. This covers you for unlimited access to all our games during that timeframe. Book online to reserve your spot, walk in availability is limited.
IS THERE A GROUP DISCOUNT?
Bam Kazam is a group activity, so our admission pricing is already designed with that in mind. Your admission gets you two hours of access to all 8 of our games for one low price!

DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
Walk-ins are welcome; however, it is STRONGLY recommended that you book a reservation ahead of time as we cannot guarantee we will have an opening available if you just drop in.
WHAT IS THE REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY?
Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they are transferable. We are happy to reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours before your game. Player count dropped ahead of time? No worries, we can apply the unused ticket as credit toward a future visit.
No changes can be made to the reservation within 48 hours of the scheduled timeframe.
WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT TO PLAY?
The games were designed for adults and therefore can be too physically and mentally challenging for kids on their own. However, kids are welcome to play as part of a group with a parent/chaperone.
We recommend players be 10 years old or 54 inches tall, whichever comes first. Bam Kazam requires a fully participating adult to be playing in any group that has players under 14 years old.
Please note, the paid adult counts towards your team of 3-6. If your group exceeds the size limit, you will be asked to split into smaller groups and an additional adult will be required in each grouping.
CAN I DROP MY KIDS OFF THERE?
Why let the kids have all the fun? We encourage adults to play!
Bam Kazam is fun for all ages, but children require adult supervision. This means a parent or chaperone will need to fill out waivers for the minors in their group. Keep in mind: groups with children 13 or younger require at least one paid adult per group.
Kids think they’ve outgrown you? If everyone in the group is at least 14 years old, they are welcome to play on their own. However, a parent or chaperone must remain in the building for the duration of their stay. Bam Kazam reserves the right to require a parent or chaperone to join their group at any time.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Booking is available both online and over the phone. Walk-ins are welcome; however, it is strongly recommended that you book an appointment ahead of time as we cannot guarantee we will have an opening available if you just drop in.

HOW DO I ADD A PLAYER TO MY RESERVATION?
To add players to an existing reservation please give us a call. Group sizes range from 3-6 players, so we can add up to the max capacity for your group. After that, it would result in forming a second group. Space is limited, so we cannot guarantee availability for additional groups.
